Your responsibilities

If you are someone who enjoys working while others sleep, then our 24/7 support team is the perfect place for you.

You will be responsible for the Cisco (LAN, WAN, security) network infrastructure of selected NTS customers in a 5-shift operation. At NTS, shift work means: weekly morning/afternoon rotation; every third
weekend you will work on Saturday and Sunday, and you will work nights on average every 9 weeks. 

• Receiving/analysing and resolving fault reports
• Making changes to configurations
• Monitoring the network management system
• Escalating complex issues to a senior engineer

Your profile

• Good knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies and security
• Cisco CCNA or comparable knowledge required
• Cisco CCNP, CCSP certification or equivalent knowledge is an advantage, but not essential
• Very good German skills, good English skills
